Returned goods must meet the following requirements:
Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging;
Provide original proof of purchase (such as order number).

Returning items: We will provide a returns address (within the EU) and logistics instructions.
Refund processing: After receiving and accepting the goods, a refund will be made via the original route within 7 working days (excluding shipping costs).

Refund amount: Only the actual amount paid for the goods will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost.
Return shipping cost:
If the return is due to product quality problems or our mistakes (such as sending the wrong product), we will bear the return shipping costs;
If you return the product without reason, the shipping fee will be borne by you.

If you need to exchange an item (e.g. size, color), please specify your new needs when returning the item.

The default return address is our EU warehouse. Returns to non-EU regions may incur customs duties, which will be borne by you.
It is recommended to use trackable logistics methods to send it back. The risk of loss is borne by you.
